Passengers must present themselves at the Porter Airlines check-in desk at the airport at least 60 minutes before the schedule departure (No later than 1:00 PM).

The QCC charter from New York Newark Liberty International Airport is scheduled to depart at 2:00 PM on Tuesday October 23rd.

Upon arrival at the airport, please present yourselves at the Porter Airlines check-in desk at least 60 minutes before the departure of the charters. On presentation of your identification, the Porter Airlines representative will give you a boarding pass with detailed information on the gate and tail number of the QCC charter.
*Ground transportation from Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport to the hotel is included.
The return flights are scheduled to depart from Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport at 7:45 pm on Thursday October 25th. After the closure of the event, chartered buses will be available for transportation to the airport.
